Source a real story from one of your employees
We know that our users love to hear real-life stories from the caregiving trenches. Connect us with someone in your organization who is keen to share a little about their journey, and we'll package it up so you can use it to promote Circle In to your employees.
Work with your internal comms team to schedule your launch activity.
Working closely with your marketing and communications team can assist in having a greater impact both internally and externally. We highly recommend working with your comms team to spread the message of our partnership. This could be an email or social media campaign, rallying around a day of significance and/or hosting an event highlighting your support to working caregivers in your organisation and your EVP.

Receive your company invitation link from our Customer Success team.
We'll send you your personalized link and QR code that your employees will use to access the Circle In platform. You'll receive this via email from our Customer Support team.
Get ready to share your launch assets - print, download and schedule.
Once your company invitation link has been generated, we'll create your customized assets featuring a unique QR code and send them to you.
You can use these assets to to spread the word about Circle In, in your office, on your intranet, in the break room or the warehouse floor.

Send a company-wide announcement from your CEO or executive team announcing Circle In
Hearing directly from your CEO, HR Director or senior leader of an organisation about the amazing new benefits available to parents and caregivers builds credibility, shows value and allows employees to learn the heart of our partnership.
The message might look like:
- Sending a personal invite to all employees
- Filming a short welcome video
- Posting on internal comms channels (Slack, Teams etc.)
- Announcement on emails and newsletters
Engage with change makers, managers and business leaders within your organization
Engaging with your key change makers in your organisation helps share the load and empowers them to be your number one promoter of the platform. Give them a sneak preview, show them the value and allow them to champion the partnership throughout the organisation.

Share on social media
We will schedule social posts to promote the partnership on Circle In's LinkedIn, to promote your organization as an Employer of Choice for families and caregivers! You can leverage this by posting on your company's social media profile and further your reach by encouraging key leaders in the organisation to re-share their own posts.
Host town-hall
A virtual tour and/or town hall is the perfect way to ensure your employees are across the full suite of features and support that your platform has on offer.
What we'll do:
- Launch an email sequence to our current subscribers from your organization. This will include a re/introduction to Circle In, sharing what, why and how to complete their profile.
- Run an 'Ask Me Anything' campaign to find out what topics really matters to your employees, and what questions they're desperate to get answered.
Circle In's "Ask Me Anything" Launch Week Campaign
We're giving your employees direct access to our team of international experts. One week prior to your launch, we'll ask your team to vote on what caregiving topics are top of mind, and share what questions they'd ask our experts if given the opportunity:
- Circle In will launch an email campaign to our user database, asking them to vote for a topic and share a question. We'll direct them to a Circle In hosted landing page to vote.
- We'll tally the results, then will work with our team of experts to record the AMA (ask me anything).
- During launch week, we'll share the video on the winning topic, and make it accessible inside the Circle In platform.

What we'll do:
- Continue our launch sequence emails designed to showcase what Circle In has to offer, and why they should sign up!
- We'll remind users that those who onboard in the first 7 days will go into the draw to win $XXX.
You could also...
- Take a leaf from Bega’s book, by updating your corporate desktop wallpaper. Bega takes advantage of key days and events of significance such as school holidays, to share an inspiring message or quote directing their employees to register to their Circle In Platform. If you're keen to give it a try, you can use this sample creative.
- Champion your EVP by promoting the Circle In benefit on social media. Customers like MYOB, Sportsbet and Maddocks have shared a post on LinkedIn to demonstrate their support for their working caregivers. We've put together a sample tile and copy you could use in the 'Relaunch assets' section below.
- One of our customers recently held a week-long competition hosted by their Families ERG. Using their internal comms channels, the ERG encouraged participants to submit their favorite Circle In article and share why it resonated with them. Gaining over 1,000 views of the post and multiple shares, the top two submissions were awarded prizes.
- As part of their launch Elysium mailed out postcards to all their employees across the UK promoting the Circle In platform, including a short message from their senior leaders and a QR code that directs users to sign up on the spot. Check out our postcard template below.
- Hosting their own in-house podcast show Maddocks invited Circle In co-founder Kate Pollard onto their latest episode, where they explored topics including Kate’s career to date, how Circle In came about, dads going on leave and how Maddocks’ parents and caregivers can get the most out of the platform.
